Can anyone point out “thee Lighthouse”?

I was interested in finding out what was the very first PMT episode that Tim Woods appeared on and how the crew came across him and I discovered that it was a “Barstool Gold - Bonus episode” where the premise was that BC and PFT would talk to different types of people than they usually would and learn new things/professions.

I only started listening to PMT from 2022 so wasn’t around during the Barstool Gold days and have only seen jokes in passing about it since then but I’d love to know more about it. Were there any other hidden gem episodes from this era? Did it evenly spread out across the Barstool universe or focus more on PMT?
All the jokes I’ve seen about it describe it as another money grab (see also Pardon My Cheesesteak etc.) but for anyone listening during that era was there anything beneficial to it?
