I certainly couldn’t refuse a little brushy brushy

This is my Texas Heeler, Rupert. If I didn’t take him, he was headed for the pound. He’s literally the best dog I’ve ever had and fits in with the house extremely well. I have had him for 4 years now.

I found Russell underneath a car last November in Michigan. It was 22 degrees below freezing and there sat this little kitten that was around 5 weeks old. I live far out in the country so someone had to have dropped the kitten off in the ditch.

They are completely inseparable now. I’ve never seen a bond like this between animals let alone a cat and dog, it’s truly beautiful and I wanted to share it!
