Location - Shuklaphant, Nepal

Shuklaphant National Park is home to 51 adult Bengal Tigers & nearly 3000 Barasingha Deer. Other Fauna includes Rhino, Leopard, Chital, Sloth Bear, Python & Crocodile. Connected to India's Philibit & Dudhwa reserves in the south, there is alot of Tiger movement between these 3 Parks.

Jango took a bath on Thursday (He stood right up against the pool and peed in it then got in...), today Batari was up close to the window and posed for some photos. I couldn't see it until I was reviewing the photos but I finally saw the star on her forehead! That is one way the keepers tell them apart.

Cats being cats they decided to cause chaos during the tiger keeper chat today. The keepers called for Jango, he decided a nap was more exciting. After hearing tiger facts and info they decided to try to ask Batari if she wanted to participate. After they rolled the doors down on Jango's area and rolled Batari's door up and Jango decided he wanted to wake up and wonder over here. The keepers called for Batari and she thought a nap was more interesting. After a few tries and information on conservation and what we can do to help the tigers, they tried to see if Jango would participate again... they were rolling up Jango's door and Batari decided to show up on her side after the door was rolled down. Jango was there and he got some bonus treats.
