Moratorium on Execution Content

Upvotes

Effective immediately, May 22nd 2026 at 7:30 PM UTC, we're turning off the tap on execution-related content. Any execution videos, images, or discussions posted after this post goes live will be removed.

This content is only tangentially related to war, and moreover has been overtaking content that more closely relates to the sub's mission. We're not /r/MorbidReality, /r/Gore, or /r/WatchPeopleDie. We're /r/War, and we'd like to keep content here germane to that.

A gas station in Kharkiv hangs plastic strip curtains from the pump canopy as anti-drone protection.

Cars drive through them like a warehouse entrance.

The idea is to detangle or prematurely detonate low-flying FPV drones before they hit the pumps.

Russian FPVs have been systematically destroying Ukrainian petrol stations through summer 2026

This is a coastal army trying to capture a highlands capital, has this ever worked in modern history? Only thing that comes to mind is China capturing Tibet, but that's with a billion larger population size.

WATCH: Houthi footage shows a ballistic missile precisely hitting a cluster of vehicles at what appears to be a field meeting of Saudi-backed forces in open desert. A drone was overhead filming the strike, meaning they had real-time intelligence.

🇮🇱🇵🇸 Stunning footage filmed from an Israeli Caterpillar armored vehicle shows the level of destruction across much of the Gaza Strip, after just over 2 years and 10 months of war... entire neighborhoods appear reduced to rubble and the urban landscape is virtually unrecognizable.

The Yemeni army (government forces) launched a strong

counteroffensive against the Houthis and recaptured

strategic areas:

Fully liberated Hays district in Hodeidah.

Advanced on the Taiz fronts (Jabal Habashi and Haifan) and recaptured important hills and positions.

Successful operations in Marib and Al-Jawf.

The fighting is currently very intense near the western coast and Bab al-Mandab, and the army is using drones and new capabilities. Casualties are high on both sides

Usually about 10-15% of people who participate in wars actually die, and most of the death are done by planes, tanks, artilerry and recently drones. But why it feels like everyone who you talk to who has been participated in a war had killed bunch of people
