Best lemon pepper wings ever. Melted 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, 3 tbs minced garlic, zest and juice from 1 lemon, lime pepper seasoning and lemon pepper seasoning. After baking coated with the sauce then sprinkled on more lime and lemon pepper.

Doing all the grilling I can before the Midwest cold comes!!!

Lazy day at the house and craving wings (what else is new).

We had some bacon fat left over from breakfast and I had a bright idea. I air fried some wings until fully cooked and crispy then shallow fried in some bacon fat.

I then proceeded to sauce while still in the bacon fat. Did some with garlic powder and bbq sauce and some with buffalo sauce.

They have a great almost smoky flavor and very crispy. Tender on the inside. Almost reminded me of smoked then deep fried wings.

I can honestly say that these are probably the best homemade wings I have ever made. They lasted maybe 5 minutes because of my thieving kids.

Was gifted some Lemon Drop Peppers and decided to make a sauce!

Seriously, buy their wings, do stuff to them, and they're a decent amount better than they came out of the store.

Did a shallow fry, made the buff sauce, and they came out reallllly good. I've been doing this for a long long time. I prefer their plain chicken wings, but they only had hot and spicy. So they're konda salty, but it's ok, too much salt never hurt anyone before.

Smoked for a hour @250° than I let cool then dredged them in flour to deep fry to finish off at 350°

People think I’m weird cause at home, I’ll raw dog wings without sides or dipping sauce. Franks, butter, pepper flakes, chili powder.

4lbs wings. Dried and set in fridge overnight. Coated with baking powder/Kinders Cowboy Butter, Garlic Butter, Grilled Chicken and Grilled Chicken seasoning. Air fryer on 390 for 25 mins (flipped half way)...tossed in Sweet Baby Rays Honey BBQ/Kinders Bourbon Apple, some in KC Masterpiece Honey Teriyaki marinade and rest in Kinders Buttery Buffalo mixed with Melindas Black Truffle Hot Sauce. Back in air fryer for 5-8 mins after tossed in sauces. Pics dont do justice! Crispy and flavorful! Served with pulled pork sandwiches and College football!

These are my favorite "take out" wings ever. The consistency is actually insane. I've never had a bad experience. The place is called Just Pizza. They have multiple locations in western NY. I love their pizza as well. But the wings are so good. Left is BBQ Cajun and right is lemon pepper. I know I've posted about this place multiple times and I'll probably continue to do so! 😅
