Franchisees can be good or bad. The 2 Wendy's nearest me (Indianapolis) are bad, and operated by Flynn mega-group. Funniest thing is Flynn touts a former WNBA player as leader of their Wendy's division, and how playing in the WNBA helped her become a fast food honcho. Buuut she never played a single minute in the WNBA.

No matter how many times I go to Wendy's the taste is always immaculate.

The nuggets? Always the same delicious crisp taste. The fries? Always the same quality. You earned one from me with the 35th anniversary Sonic meal. Absolute peak, with the peak that I will never forget.

I’ve already emailed Wendy’s corporate begging to bring back the Takis meal, I will pay top dollar to recreate the taste.

I didn't know there were different style bracelets. I wish this one had the frosty charm from one of the others but, I'm glad I got this one. The wait was long but it was well with it.

I received an email at 11:50 AM today. It is currently 12:19 PM, under this email it explained a coupon code “FOXBigNoon”.

Since it was the same day and under an hour, I went to the app to try redeeming it, but I kept getting an error message saying it wasn’t valid..

Guess I’m not eating at Wendy’s for a while. Sh$) just doesn’t work. Support lines are off this weekend.. should be everyday that there available..

I just heard a rumor from my GM at my location that we’re getting our leaf lettuce back and getting rid of Shredded? He said he wasn’t sure when but that it was due to customer complaints about the shredded (I’ve worked for Wendy’s since before we switched to shredded and am a shift manager). Anyone else hear this from a customer or crew side?

Can anyone tell me where I can get something similar to what cam in the packets of hot sauce back in 2016? It had a Wendy's symbol on it and a couple red peppers. The packet was yellow. I miss that shit so much... It was super smoky with a tiny hint of vinegar and sweetness.

I don’t eat at wendys often, last time I went was 2 years ago and I remember the fries being really good. Today I paid $15 for a mediocre pretzel burger with bad fries. They were hot and fresh, but no flavor or crisp. Significant worse than Burger king for more money

Side note: I hate those coke machines that throw ice in your cup like you owe it money.

Context: I’m a 27 year old man who’s 6’4 and very thin. I had became well underweight as I was depressed this summer. Things recently have gotten a whole lot better for me and I’m currently trying to gain a few pounds, well at least before my doctor appt next week. P.S. I’m also a big eater 🤣

I just ordered a pretzel bacon pub at Wendy's. As I was eating it at home, I realized there's some type of paper??? in my burger. I was already almost done with it, so who knows how much of this mystery paper I ate. Also the employees were very rude when my mom was ordering for us at the drive-thru.

I did make a complaint to the store but they just said they'll refund me and replace my order. I'm already home tired from work and I do not trust ordering food from them anymore. I also made a complaint to their customer care and they said they're going to investigate the situation. I guess talk to the store about this.

My stomach feels​ uncomfortable and this whole experience has been anxiety inducing. And if this makes me sick. Now I have to miss work. Which I can't afford to be doing right now.

What is going on at our store we have 20 members including management. Hrs are being cut for everyone only working 1 or 2 days. On top of that we have to take are brakes then most of the time we get sent an hr or 2 home early. They keep saying it cause of labor, that they want to keep it at 18, but im wondering is there some kind of bonus come for management cause the GM is anal bout keeping labor low as possible. Sometimes they send everyone home and management is the only person to stay despite the long line in drive thru.

i just saw a post about these new frosty frights toys. i don’t know anything about wendy’s toys, but i want the purple bat for my bat collection. i’m wondering if anyone knows how the toys work? will they have all of them to start with, or will they only have a few options at a time, like mcdonald’s? do they let you choose which one you want? i know some mcdonald’s’ do not do that anymore. also wondering if i can buy it separately, or would i need to purchase the kids meal? and how much do they cost separately? thank you for answering!

Anyone else having issues? Wendy’s app straight up advertising its Paze $10 off promotion and then it doesn’t even work. I get a “Something’s up with that card” error message. Been trying for 2 days now.
