I am honestly not sure if it's been fully digitized.

Here I was able to find the abstract. For most other articles in this issue this site had the full text, but only the abstract on this one for some reason.

I was also not able to find a full copy of the journal: Journal of FORTH Application and Research, Volume 4, Issue 2. If anyone has access to this that would be much appreciated as well.
