Hi, I came across this community as I'm a sort of new dad, my daughter is 10 months old and I love every aspect of life with her.

My names Josh and I'm 24 years old and since having a baby my friends haven't kept in touch and as you all know fatherhood can sometimes get really lonely. I've got an amazing daughter and an amazing partner and I would like to try and make some new friends especially with other dads.

I don't really get much time to play games until the baby is asleep but I play on my PlayStation 5. Currently I'm playing Warframe, forza horizon 5 and AC4: resynced but would be open more to playing more online games too, I just don't have friends to play with.

Hi all, RDads member in GTA Online since 2014 here, about level 180 crew rank.

I see content creators like HarmNone and others hosting closed crew sessions where people can come and sell crates and mc business product without risk while still getting the full lobby bonus. Is this something the RDads crew offers as well?

I have been playing weekly since the mansion update but I rarely see other RDads online. Is the crew still active?

Hello Everyone! I am a husband and father of 3 who likes playing video games during my down time, but I am struggling to find people to play with. What are some of the ways you all find people to play with? I have searched through LFG posts, but most of the time people want really experienced players, and I cant blame them. But I don't have the time to grind like some people do. I just enjoy playing with other chill people who want to enjoy video games without sweating constantly. Currently playing on PC, HLL, Arc Raiders, EFT, and Wardogs when it comes out. I like playing WOW as well but I am not very experienced. I appreciate anyone's thoughts and advise!

As a Gamer Dad that plays games with his son since age of 5... there is one thing that has increasingly bothered me about the usual screen-time conversations... How often everything gets reduced to:
“How many hours should my kid be allowed per day?”

Aim of the study is to understand psychological factors of the parent (as an individual, not necessarily parent-based traits) like trait playfulness and reflective functioning, and how these contribute to the parent-child relationship, while also considering the effects of parenting stress. Would love to do further research in this area so a pilot based study I suppose, maybe will look at a PHD and intervention type survey in the future, but for now cross-sectional survey based. Appreciate any support!

Hello everyone ! Im going to spare you my life story so i don’t bore anyone to death

But basically long story short is that i really like games like ck3, vicky 3 , eu4 and stellaris, used to play quite a bit of civ games too, but cant last 5 minutes before getting bored haha maybe im just getting old.

I’m a big sucker for strategic games that have political aspects to them.

But since i recently have become a dad obviously i have less and less time to game which kinda sucks since im a big gamer.

If anybody know any games likes those i have mentioned please let me know. But preferably they shouldn’t take too much time, extra points if its on mobile ( i travel for work a lot) and big plus if free to play and not pay to win.
