Missing Peace The speakerphone paradox

Post image

I was at the pool today when a woman started having a conversation on her phone using the speaker.

I politely asked her if she could not use the speaker and pointed to my headphones.
She said, “I don’t have headphones.”
So I said, “You can just hold the phone next to your ear.”

She looked at me with a completely blank expression and said, “I’m on speakerphone.”
I said, “Well… that’s the problem.”

Apparently, we had reached the limits of modern technology.

Fight fire with fire. You have a speaker on your phone too.

Show, don’t tell them why it’s obnoxious

I’m just a super huge lamb chop fan. It’s been with me since I was a child, fortunately it can go on and on my friend

here's the thing though some people really don't mind, like they generally wouldn't care if you put your speaker on too and started talking. they would just continue with their conversation
