I was switching to my alt account to do some dailies and this popup came up with picking my birthday and agreeing to some stuff, after that this error popped up and kept persisting. I reinstalled the game and this error still persists. Did anyone else experience this, and can i fix it somehow?

Edit: I restarted my phone and tried to login again this morning, it works now.

Is the game currently down for anyone else? The reset data is there but I just get a spinning wheel. I tried cache/data clear and uninstall/reinstall but same thing

Someone noticed that Pearls ultimate doesnt heal her anymore? Its because of last update or maybe earlier?

At one point of the day when i try to log in, game stuck in loading scren, it just shows big lady floating widought server name and widought progress bar, i waited for 30 min and its still stuck. How do i fix this?

Recently game was removed from Play store. Now it is back - but:

Some players see new account when log into the game using google bind, even without changing account, just on new load of the game

Watching ads is broken - not possible to close the ads - you can only close the game completely and no reward

I can't enable notifications for Magic Rush. I'm using a Xiaomi phone. Any help is more than welcome

Idk if anyone had any issue like this before but my account just went missing almost all my diamonds that I was saving. It was around 10k this morning and I logged tonight it says 140.

Anyone knows if that’s something that can happen? Any way to contact support so they can check the logs?

Please mass report if you see it / experience it on your server. Last time Moonton said there would be real consequences / ban / etc... and I hope it's true. A MASS amount of people are in the 140+ total layers now by bugging out the levels somehow and you can actually see the result in the "Others" video if you're lucky.

Super weak (sub 500k) teams with Orange heroes passing layers without losing a single hero using bug when my level 100 O+7 near 620k team of the EXACT same composition dies instantly. No clue how they do it and don't want to know, I just want them to lose all credits, negative diamonds and de ranked to layer 1 so they have to restart over... or outright lifetime ban.

In the Artifact Points event you get 10 points for opening each artifact chest. A few events ago they added another option: you get 1,800 points for Artifact Advancement. It's not directly stated, but heavily implied, that advancement means evolving artifacts from orange to red:

After Orange 5-Star Artifacts are advanced, they can no longer be unmounted.

Also, the description of Stella Gems (which you use to evolve to red) says "Artifact Advancement Material".

Anyway, I saved enough Stella Gems from the Role Trials and Fractalia shop to advance one artifact. I didn't get 1,800 points. I got 0 points.

So, you either need to advance the whole set at once or it doesn't work at all.

Confirmed with a few players that the core activation decreases your power instead of increasing. The incremental upgrading from 1-9, 21-29, etc. seems to add power correctly, but when you activate upon being eligible you get a big drop. Please confirm to bump this fix

Am I the only one who's had it up to here with actaeon's chains causing a taunt effect on my heroes causing them to rush to the front line and slam against the enemy tanks like morons?? It happens almost every single fight and of course when you have your dunkhild or actaeon or ophelia suddenly at the front row they get melted and you lose the fight.... why am I not hearing anyone else complain about this glitch?

Right when I watch the ads there's no X to close the ad, so the ad won't close anymore, there's a stripe now where there should be the X to close the ad, so you still watch the ad, but you can't claim the rewards.

As the title says, Magic Rush is not visible for the Android players on Google Play Store. If you try to follow the link to the app page, it says the version is incompatible with the device.

No problem on Amazon or Apple stores.

On description of skill said - if enemy have low gaining energy debuff, then sue attacks can't be evaded.... You can try it in any alliance duel agianst Kaiser for example, sue basic attacks makes low gaining energy debuff, but she continues missing after anyway. Already wrote about it to support with screenshots, but you all know how they work bad. Maybe if a lot people will write that, they will fix that bug soon. Btw tried with paganini also and sue still continues miss attacks.

What is the forecast for the servers to work again, is no one able to log in to the game?

So I got my Pulan awakened today. Second part of the quest is winning 5 crusade matches with Pulan. So be sure to reset to normal or have 2 tries, because you can get him banned early. Making you miss awakening by a day.

There have been some bugs on our merger regarding Pulan. An alliance mate thinks his pulan dies way way too fast after he comes out of the awakening ice shield. This could be due to using lvl 8+ orange equipment: "Hero gets a shield, when shield wears off, take increased damage"
