Flight Safety Investigation Report: Demonstration CF-18 Accident Of July 23, 2010
"During the air show practice at the Lethbridge County Airport, the Demo Hornet experienced a loss of thrust from its right engine while conducting a high angle of attack pass at 300 feet (approximately 90 metres) above ground level.
The pilot, Captain Brian Bews of 425 Squadron, 3 Wing Bagotville, Quebec, successfully ejected from the aircraft; however he sustained injuries when he landed firmly under a fully inflated parachute. The aircraft impacted the ground nose-first and was destroyed."

I know that there are 2 apps, the Lethbridge Transit app where I can buy my passes or reload my card and activate it and the LT Fare app where I can access the qr code.
The problem is that I recently got a new phone (Android) and I can't download the LT fare app because it isn't compatible with the version of my phone. When I try to use the website, it doesn't allow me to access the qr code even though the pass is active.š„²
Is there another way?

Hello everyone,
Iām looking for a handyman that can do a few odd jobs around my house and need some recommendations.
I need 4 lights installed, one of which is high up (over a 1 and a half story entry way). A kitchen faucet needs to be installed. And a towel rack and toilet paper holder need to be installed.
Yes, I know that I could do it myself but it hasnāt happened in the three years Iāve lived in my house. So I need some help to just get it done.
So if any of you are or know a handyman or to be politically correct handy person (I donāt care as long as it gets done) please let me know.

Darwyn Ross has used his practice to prey on vulnerable women for years. The fact that you think this was his first time is disturbing! You didn't dig very deep into his days in Brandon, Mb. His office in Brandon even got spray-painted about his behavior. He basically got run out of Brandon, only to take up office in Red Deer and continue his disgusting behaviour. He was asked to leave Red Deer as a divorce lawyer (EASY ACCESS TO WOMEN), thinking he could run to Lethbridge to finally get caught. NASTY

Parents sold their house and moved to another city. I was living with them. Iām in the process of purchasing my own place here (possession date on the 23rd, if all goes well with inspection and such), but until that goes through Iām living in an rv with my dog.
The rv brake cylinder + hydraulic booster exploded the day we bought it (used). Very old rv so we canāt find a replacement for the booster- myself and several siblings have been trying to find it, out of stock everywhere and would cost more than I paid for the whole rv anyway. So, Iām now living in an rv that canāt drive anywhere⦠or to be more accurate, an rv that drives but doesnāt stop.
If it was fully functioning, it wouldnāt be too hard to hop parking lots every few days, which was the plan before the rv broke. Now, we can only move it by physically pushing or paying for towing.
Is there anywhere that allows parking for several nights in a row? Or would maybe allow it if I could just push the rv a few spaces over every couple of days? Towing is so expensive and Iād like to avoid that as much as possible.
My dog doesnāt get along with others, so pet friendly campsites with plenty of other dogs wouldnāt go well (if they would allow us to tow in a rusty old camper at all). I did look into renting somewhere for the month but itās incredibly difficult to find an affordable place that allows pets, especially a very big one (most pet friendly listings Iāve checked limits to 50lbs⦠I have a Great Dane/Pyrenees cross).
My rv has already overstayed its welcome parked outside my siblingās apartment building and weāve been asked to move, but I donāt know where to go. I need to find somewhere to park this thing while Iām between houses for the next 20 days.
Any advice on parking lots with lenient limits? Know of somewhere to rent, or maybe an airbnb or something I could stay at for 20 days that allows a big dog and would let me park the rv nearby? Iād gladly pay for just a driveway at this point, I just need somewhere for my dog and me and the rv until I can move into my new house on the 23rd.

Hey everyone!
I was wondering if Lethbridge has anything like a monthly video game club, kind of like a book club but for video games.
The idea would be to pick a game each month, play it throughout the month, and then meet up somewhere to chat about it, share our thoughts, and hang out with other people who enjoy gaming. It could be pretty casualāno requirement to finish the game or anything.
It could also be a fun way to meet some other gamers and discover games that you might not normally play.

Hey just posting that my dog got bit yesterday by a snake at popson. It was located over by the camping area to the left of the cookout shelter. We took him to the emergency vet and he had to be given anti venom and is recovering. Between the full size dead dear carcass found on the shoreline last week and this seems like we wonāt be coming back to popson anytime soon. We know itās snake area and itās off leash but rather not risk another $4800 vet bill.
Just a psa for other dog owners who frequent weāve been there over 50 times in the last 6 months no issues but just in case wanted to share!
Thanks!

Looking for some honest opinions on Vista Meadows
For anyone who lives there, has lived there, or knows the area well ā what are your overall thoughts on the community?
Whatās the demographic like? Is it mostly families with young kids, older families, seniors, or a good mix?
Would also love to hear about:
* Any downsides or concerns you think someone should know about
* What the sense of community/neighbourhood is like
* Anything you wish you had known before moving there
Just trying to get a better feel for the area and would really appreciate any honest feedback ā good or bad!
