And he has 6 fingers on his hand at some point, on the right hand side as you look at the video.

ETA: My bad, it's not 6 fingers, the hand just looks very uncanny, I think the time stamp is 0:36. It changes shape and is just overall very unnatural looking.

Yes. Deepfakes just do the face, that’s why the three finger trick would reveal it.

Deepfakes can also do voices.

I noticed the same thing and tried to insert a picture of the weird looking hand but I'm not allowed to add images for some reason.

The hand has 5 fingers but they are all the same length, it looks so weird.

The face is deep faked. Not the entire video. The fingers in front of the face is to disrupt the facial recognition so it will reveal his actual face. If you are seeing extra fingers then he really has extra fingers.
