I used to talk up the burgers from Dairy Queen, saying they're the best fast-food burgers in the game. I feel like the burgers have been changing in the last year. I feel it has seemed comparable to cafeteria burgers. I feel like they changed and I'm worried they're going to keep the changes.

Do any other DQ employees remember what brand the syrup was? My GM and other coworkers don't remember, and I only really work in Grill and Front so I never got to see it outside of the pump bottles. Those two were my favorite blizzards and I would kill to get my hands on that syrup!

I’m sure cotton candy blizzard fans are well aware of Blue Bell’s cotton candy ice cream.

My trick to making it seem more like the real thing is: toss in those birthday cake candies.

I work here and this place is disgusting! I hate when people tell me how much they love it and seeing all these people come in gobbling up this dirty slop it's so gross and management won't do a thing to fix anything. Half the employees are sub par at best and don't do their job correctly and are downright nasty but never even get repremanded. We've had our hours edited, our pays cut with no warning and the only way we learned was friends in higher positions showing us on the computers. Alot of the management is stealing and commiting fraud and when you have a problem or point something out they ghost you or punish you for even saying anything.. I wish this place would get shut down and be placed under investigation but every time agriculture or health inspection comes in they just turn their head and give unpresidented extensions for months and months to get it right. I hate this place and it's pathetic how much greedy grimey stuff is going on with nobody to turn to go fix it. I wish people would choose to dine elsewhere bc I feel bad even serving them this slop but I'm pressed for employment so I just keep going along with it. I'm so fed up I wish someone would help get this place closed down. I am a consistent person, so I've been wearing the same style of Converse for 3-4 years now? Of course I do change them every few months because of wear and tear. I had gotten my work pair about a month (or two?) before working at DQ for the summer. Of course I had to get a new pair before the summer even ended but I figured someone would find the comparison mildly interesting.

Shoe laces wear out on converse first so my work pair does have different laces. They are significantly longer because I guessed the length too big. The work shoes are also half a size bigger... when ordering the new pair they were out of my size but I knew half a size down fits me too. I also crouch down often which bends and deforms the shoes and the canvas starts coming apart...

If anyone from Converse is seeing this... 😘🫶

So lately I've been filling in for our cake Decorator as she hasn't been able to come in. Now I started looking at fall themed cakes on Pinterest to get inspiration for what to make, but a lot of it that pops up is thanksgiving or Halloween themed. Is it too early to make the Halloween ones?

Love Brown Sugar but not the Cookie Dough? Love pie crust, just not pumpkin? I've been working at DQ for 6 years, and a few years ago, we had a Pecan Pie blizzard, and it was perhaps the biggest sold out item here. I promise you - it's almost JUST the same for any Pecan Pie fan out there.

Brown Sugar syrup, Pecans, Pie Crust pieces - You got yourself a great treat. I won't gatekeep this one. Tell me what you think if you can order it - I might suggest telling your local DQ's for a Pumpkin Pie blizzard- but if they can substitute the pumpkin for brown sugar and just get the extra charge of Pecans - and you want to go EXTRA, maybe Whipped Cream too.

This one is for the employees. So almost every time when I’m blending a blizzard I get some of the ice cream on my hands through the collar or from the blender. I’ve tried putting the collar on before I add the ice cream but nothing has worked. The cup also gets dirty and it wastes my time when I am wiping every cup. What ways are there to keep my hands clean when blending blizzards? Thanks.

My weakness is looking at Reddit reviews for the blizzard flavours, and there were NONE for the fall flavours. I was feeling experimental and tried the brown sugar cookie dough blizzard today. I personally was not a big fan of it. It was too sweet, and the dough was crunchy, like wet sand. If you like maple or butter pecan type flavours, this may be up your alley.

For reference, my top three are the S’mores, Oreo, and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough blizzards.

Here in my area of Pennsylvania, our local DQ advertised this showing Dilly bars with flavored centers. Messages to them on their post asking if they actually exist were replied to in the positive. Yes we do ! Much to our chagrin, vanilla inside and dipped coating outside. So, my question is are these reality anywhere or is this flirting with false advertising?

I love DQ. I was an employee for them when I was a teen. I love the Buster Bars best of all and I've purchased a box (or three in the past).

Here's my dilemma. The last two boxes I've bought of the 6-pack have been terribly under weight. Out of the entire box, the lowest weight was 124g (the package states that it should be 170g) and the highest was 142g!

When I contacted DQ to get this fixed, I got an email from "Fan Relations" saying thanks for the info and didn't even offer me a coupon to replace the underweight box.

This is illegal. I'm not trying to be a Karen, but I do feel like this isn't appropriate and I should have been compensated properly.

What do I do? Should I just drop this? Am I being silly?
