sleep mode activated Do you let your bunny sleep in bed with you?
Personally, Ms. Ramona is my bed companion; most days I fall asleep and wake up with her still by my side

I made the first one (check my profile if you’d like lol) and I sketched out this one too. I would’ve put them both in here but I can only do one image per post so I’ll also put some bunny tax in the comments

When I bought my buns I was told the gender was “male” and the breed was an Angora rabbit. I took my bunny to the vet and found out it was a female but they weren’t sure of the breed because there’s a possibility of her being mixed.
I’m also not sure of her age but when I bought her she looked like a fully grown rabbit already. She wasn’t a baby baby, she was a big bunny. I’ve had her since 2024 so she could be older than expected
But hey any answer would help here lol

I'm in the trenches, I started last night. I'm bonding 4 together - 2 males and 2 females. 3 I found dumped outside about 3 years ago. And the newest is from a family member who couldn't take care of him anymore. I ran out of room to separate them with the newest bun. And I was finally in the position to fix the boys after fixing the girls. It's been over a month since their surgery. They're set up in my dining room, somewhere they've never been. With brand new litter boxes, new rug, new tunnel, and new water bowl. I started with a 4x6 space but today I made it about 4x4.
Sometimes they act sweet to each other and then they start going at it.
I brought my mattress in the dining room so I'm nearby if they fight at night. Last night I was up every hour with the broom breaking up fights. Life is so chaotic lol. My dog, who used to use the dining room as his "bedroom", is so stressed. Last night he was barking when they started to fight. (The dining room is also gated so the dogs are locked out.)
An unlikely alliance has formed between a female and a male. So at this point, it's them 2 snuggled in a corner, and the other boy and girl are in a standstill in their own corners. I think it's worse between the 2 boys and the 2 girls. I've taken bunnies out for a breaks when they're overstimulated and fighting everybody. I've taken the tunnel in and out depending on if it's causing them to act territorial.
I'm currently hoping I only need to sleep in the dining for 3 days. Tell me if I'm delusional 🤠 (The tunnel pic happened really early on, I couldn't stop laughing.)

Hello, are you guys vaccinating your rabbits annually? I am having trouble finding a vet that has the vaccines available in my area.

There is a reason I lovingly call my boy, King, (1 yr 3 months old, mine since 8 wks, neutered), "honky boy," (he's very vocal). Relative to his bunwife, Chloe, who makes no sound at all, he makes many. He screamed at 9 weeks old, when he got his foot caught on something sticky, and even though internet searches don't validate this, I believe it activated his voice box, lol. He's also so dominant/alpha that he recently growled at a regular visitor - albeit, a 7 lb. Pomeranian - when the dog wandered too far out of his allowed zone.
In any event, he honks for sure. I heard it the most often, back when he & Chloe were working their bond out. (IOW, when he humps, he honks.) However, for about 6-7 months, he's made this honk-like wheez sound when I'm pet-...er, face & hand massaging him... (See vids included)
At first, it scared me, having read about how prolific respiratory issues are in rabbits - and especially in the brachygnathic ones, like my Lop, here. And well, I guess it still does concern me, (or I wouldn't have finally gotten a video of it so that I could be posting this), but I'm 99% sure it's his honk. Would anyone care to weigh in?
In the video, you'll see me demonstrate how, when I stop massaging, he stops whisper-honking immediately, and continues breathing, silently.
Hoping if the general consensus is that it is his honk, this post may come up, to comfort others who may have rabbits making similar honks, in future search results.
Also, FTR, he's been seen by 5 different vets, 2 of which are small mammal exotic specialists, and while I've never thought to mention this noise, his lungs are always clear, and he's never found to have any sinus or airway blockages. Rather, the problem is only ever his gas/distension, dirty butt & that he often doesn't care to eat his butt snacks. 😝 (On that note, I'll also gladly read any tips on how to fix that!)

Hi everyone! I’d love some advice on two bunny situations:
Bringing my outdoor bun inside & bonding
I rescued my first bun, 7 mo Fig Newton, a few months ago after he was abandoned in a backyard hutch. He’s currently in a large, shaded catio with fans, enrichment, and an attached X-pen to run around in. He seems very happy, but I recently adopted a 5 y/o deaf bunny, Velvet, who lives inside my bedroom in a 48x48 pen and free-roams. I feel guilty that Fig is outside and have been thinking about bringing him into my room in the same type of play pen set up next to Velvet. Neither is fixed—Velvet is a senior, so spaying isn't an option for her. I can get Fig neutered, but I'm nervous about the risks, especially since he has no aggression issues and is already great with his litter box. Can unneutered rabbits safely live side-by-side, or should I get past my nerves and neuter him first so they can (hopefully) eventually bond and free roam together around the room? Or is it better to keep him in his current outdoor setup? My brother says he is happy and should stay out.
Second question
Velvet is fully litter trained, but she’s started jumping onto my bed to cuddle—and leaving droppings on me while doing it. How can I encourage her to stop pooping on the bed without discouraging the cuddles?
Thanks so much for your help! Also does anybody know what type of bun the gray bunny (fig) is?

When I start to sing my favorite bands song he always lays next to me, closes his eyes and listens. He never gets up early when I’m not finished yet and it’s only to my fav bands songs any other artists he ignores
Is he a fan too????
I think it’s adorable
