Smol Tortie Wanted to finally introduce Teenie!
Pictures are from 2023 when she joined the family. She was a rescue, found on the side of the road, alone. Bones broken and had to have her right arm amputated. Years after adopting her, she had a health issue with her gums and had to have all her teeth extracted. I love this baby sooo much.

Typical Tortie We had to buy child locks. We don't have kids...
Little Miss Georgie is hoarding the brain cells. First, she learned how to open the door to the bedroom from the kitchen, because she can jump on the counter and easily reach it then. So we bought child locks, the top two reviews said it helps to keep cats in the room. We clearly found our people. I added my review that it really helps with cats.
Since the bedroom is locked, she moved her efforts to the toilet door. That one doesn't havea regular knob, but there is a gap between the floor and the door. Just enough for Georgie to stuck her paw there until it opens. So we ordered more locks, they should be here tomorrow.
She doesn't even want to cause shenanigans once she opens the doors. Her siblings are waiting, so she just opens it and lets them do the crimes. We started calling her the mob boss, her ransome is cuddles and treats. She's clearly hoarding some extra brain cells, so we're thinking of training her with clicker, maybe that will be engaging enough.
Ironically, besides this, she is the sweetest, loving cat. She's patient, she loves everyone and wants to be loved. Yet she's also a secret agent of chaos, we're impressed and a little scared.

Smol Tortie CDS decreed Ishould stay a tortie parent
I lost my first tortie child in June. I was planning to adopt another cat before too long (her orange sister is much happier as part of a cat team). When I was kind of compulsively looking at shelter kitties I was ruling out torties because I didn't want to be replacing her.
Then, at the beginning of August, I got to visit a friend I haven't seen in person for a few years. And it worked out that her daughter rescued a feral mama with young kittens a couple months before, and there was precisely ONE kitten that still needed a home: this perfect tortie baby.
She's been doing such a good job. She's full of kitten energy, but so patient and trying so hard to stay respectful of old lady creamsicle's boundaries (old lady still gets regular kitten breaks). They've been playing, sometimes cuddling, and overall just being very interested and sweet with each other.
This is Harriet Vane, and she's perfect.

Typical Tortie "You absolutely cannot have other pets in the house with her"
Darla has chronic rbf, as many torties do, but she loves Vespa so much. We've had Vespa for about two months now (she's a bit older than two months) and they've already bonded so quickly. My pretty girls, my heart is so full 🩷

Smol Tortie My telework colleague
Officially i work from home to lessen her anxiety, but really she lessens mine.
Please note she has a brother (void, bonus pic) and he raises both our stress levels.
