So im gonna try to make this brief...
I see a lot of people canned by toxic members of management because of nepotism so their friends can replace them.
Stewarts is one of the few in New York with permits to change the break requirements for the benefit of the company.
They pay my manager $19 to run the store by himself on clopens getting 4 hours of sleep.
Why don't we unionize or something? if we all stopd together under the radar they can either can us all and likely face lawsuits since that is illegal yet so many people are paranoid. NY would have our back if Stewarts breaks the law regarding protected rights, otherwise there would be a huge controversy ruining the company's reputation.

Weird question, but at my local Stewartâs, like the once a week I go there, they write something down after every sale of mine. What is being written downâŚ? I donât get ice cream, not like theyâre writing down my ice cream order. Itâs every time. Do they track alcohol orders maybe? I buy one tall can of miller lite on fridays, do they track this stuff manually or am I insane?
Iâm a bit paranoid because despite having never ever stolen anything in my life, I was recently asked âwhat did you put in your bagâ by an employee and I was floored. All I did (that I can think of why they would say this) was check my phone in my purse when it vibrated (with nothing in my hand, nothing picked up, the cameras can show this). It was pretty embarrassing and insulting. Anyway it made me wonder/paranoid why they write something down every time Iâm there, if Iâm a problem employee or something (have never stolen, have been super kind, never drunk drove there or anything weird).
After the accusation, I calmly asked for clarification on the question (honest disbelief), and no I would never do such a thing, Iâve been going here once a week many weeks since I moved, itâs my go to place to get gas⌠even in an alternate universe where I was a thief, I wouldnât ever steal from a place walking distance from me.
Anyway, what on earth is being written down? Iâll ask next time, but tbh I donât want to go back to a place where I was wrongfully accused of stealing. Ty for listening to me vent

I published this recently. This seems like the kind of place where some people might be into it.

Before we start, Iâve searched and searched already. And yes, I know you can buy the jugs of their ice coffee or cold brew in the stores.
However.
I have moved and no longer within a distance to obtain such items and Iâm going through my Stewards withdrawal.
Iâve tried making just a stronger cold brew, this was probably the closest. But itâs not as strong of a flavor and any attempt to make it stronger takes the smoothness away. Tried the strong instant and syrup, so bad.

So Iâm gonna be going on a rant here. Iâve worked at Stewartâs for over two years now. The store I work in is where I grew up. All the customers that come in I know and generally like me because they know me and because I have good customer service and always smile and try to stay happy. I get along with all my partners. The only problem is is my manager. She is micromanaginges me. She says that certain things have to get done at the certain time but then she does the opposite. She tends to blame things on me and just acts like she doesnât like me. (I know not everyone is going to like you in the work world but atleast maybe act like it if youâre doing a decent job?) she favors certain people (Iâm not one of them) and many many other things. She was very toxic towards me for the longest time. I confided in a partner about her being toxic and the partner talked to her about it (I didnât ask her to) and she has been BETTER about it but she makes me feel like Iâm a nuisance when we work together and I feel like I canât work well when Iâm working with her. I would talk to the district manager but the thing is is her and my manager are best friends. I want to transfer bc I know my manger wonât change but I want to transfer without them knowing itâs because of her. I was thinking jabout saying that I might be moving. Any suggestions?j

One of my friends works at a Stewartâs that is almost an hour away from his house. He said that he wants to transfer to the Stewartâs in his hometown but says he canât because the current manager wonât approve it and that she needs him there (even though the one in his hometown has a different district manager). Is it true that u need your current managerâs approval before being transferred to a different store?

The girl driving the black car with three of your friends. You came in with one of your friends. You had a black shirt sleeveless and jeans. You are the most beautiful woman I have ever seen. A living goddess â¤ď¸â¤ď¸â¤ď¸

Is Stewartâs shops still selling peppermint ice cream in pints or gallons or half gallons?

I know this is a long shot but if anyone happens to find one of these or the black sleeved one out and about and wouldnât mind shipping it across the state (happy to pay extra for helping me out) I would appreciate it!
Mine is very very well loved and unfortunately is showing a lot of wear and tear. I looked online and all I can find are the new ones that look like Stanleyâs.
Thanks!

I have this memory from the late 1970s or early 1980s of my parents having glass milk bottles from Stewart's. It could have been from another store but I want to say they were half gallon sized, also possibly square type quarts. Anyone know when they stopped selling in glass bottles or have a picture?

I apologize upfront if this has previously been asked and answered. My local store always seems wiped out of the best flavors. I need to get down there the day the truck arrives. Does anyone know what day that is? Iâm in the general Albany/Latham area. Thank you.
