This is a myth. Pedophiles are rarely killed in prison. Look it up. There would hardly be anyone in there if that were true. How many times have you heard about that happening?

Even if it happens monthly at your prison, there are roughly 2 million prisoners in the US. A few “monthly kills” does not even make a dent. I’d love to see an article about the monthly killings at your prison, as that would likely be an enormous news story
