The last ten years have been private equity preying on downtrodden corporations.

Buy company. Do some financial haggling. Keep the profit, sell the debt.

My current company I work for has shutdown over 300 locations in the US the last five years, and has been sold four times.

Rich people have too much money. And they weild it like a toddler with a complex.

Is it "the last ten years" simply because you're in your 20s and aren't aware of anything from before ~2000?

You're being downvoted by the other social media dorks who never actually learned anything they didn't read from a comment, but you're right. JP Morgan fucked over Carnegie Steel in fucking 1901- what can you tell me about that, dear reader? Nothing? Time to pick up a book if you want to be informed on this issue! That's 125 years ago that this ball started rolling, and it's only picked up steam ever since.

You understand that “keep the profit, sell the debt” is gibberish right?
