I’m looking to upgrade the suit I’ve had for years with a new look. Looking for something to wear to weddings, special occasions, and business. I’m trying to avoid going to the mall and enduring Men’s Wearhouse. Does anyone have any recommendations on SNH or Northern MA?

Looking for cedar for board and batten exterior siding, grafton county (bath area) or lapped cedar. Prefer supporting local rather than a box store. Any mills around?

They were about a dozen, on both sides of Water Street by the town hall with disgusting posters of dead fetuses and other disturbing images (all AI). I overheard lots of people grumbling about them, and some people were engaging in fruitless arguments with them.

Not sure why they decided to protest this very family friendly event. But I had to rush my 4 YO by them multiple times as they were loudly saying "well I don't like murdering babies" while arguing with someone.

The festival was otherwise fun! But I thought people should know to expect these weirdos and their gross signage.

I am planning to travel from 2nd Oct (Fri) night till 11th Oct (Sun) night. The goal is to nail down the peak fall colors timing and maximize relaxation without feeling repetitive. Note that I am fit and enjoy hiking and exploring, and I prefer absorbing the nature.

2. Sat - Explore Boston (full day)
3. Sun - Boston -> woodstock (2hr drive)
4. Mon - Woodstock -> Stowe via scenic VT roads (2hr drive)

6. Wed - Franconia Notch → Lincoln → Kancamagus → North Conway (1hr drive)
7. Thurs - North Conway → Crawford Notch → Bretton Woods → North Conway (1.5hr drive)
8. Fri - North Conway -> Drive to Acadia (4hr drive)
9. Sat - Acadia (whole day)
10. Sun - Acadia -> Fly out at night

Going to be visiting first week of October and staying in Conway a couple days. Saw the rail tour and am interested. Can see that sitting on one side is better than another but also saw two times available at 9am and 1:30pm for a 4-hour ride.

Any thoughts or advice on which time is best? Morning so get more full sun? Or afternoon when light might be warmer? Wondering if afternoon will be finishing closer to sunset and is that an issue?

Bath NH, 9.4 acres of raw land on a class 6 road, taxes increased by 132% from last year to this year !!! Went from $670 to $1550.
People keep talking about not being able to afford homes and such, this is part of the reason.

Wanted to report on some great news about a new TV station that will be launching and covering the Claremont NH area soon.

Greater Love TV has applied to broadcast on Radio Frequency channel 34 on the TV band and will broadcast out of Springfield VT. It is believed it will broadcast 6 channels once launched and may eventually go all the way up to 12 channels!

They have applied to the FCC for a construction permit and it was granted to them so they are able to to start installing there antenna on a already built tower and start broadcasting there signal 15-25 miles around Springfield
VT. Notable places with good reception will be Springfield VT, Claremont NH, Charlestown NH, Walpole NH, and other scattered locations.

Please note Greater Love TV is a worldwide well recognized religious network that will broadcast 1 religious channel and many other networks that are classic TV related.

This channel will cover the roughly 15-25 mile radius around Springfield VT.

Once this channel launches with all there sub channels and VT PBS adds there additional sub channels. The areas in and around Claremont NH will be able to pick up 25+ channels with an indoor or outdoor TV Antenna.

It is unfortunately a pain in the ass for non-town residents to access and as such is overlooked.

I injured myself in June. I have been non weight bearing all summer. Now I’m full weight bearing but in a boot and using crutches to help me walk. Can anyone recommend an easy way for me to sit near the beach or on the beach? I can drive and have a handicap parking permit. I just want to go to the beach
