My wife took the first photo years ago. It popped up in her memories today and she sent it to me. I’ll risk public embarrassment to share it with you all today because it did make me smile.

I'd had attempts in the past, but this one forced me to make a real change. I entered a program, took time for me, and adjusted my treatment as needed. It was hard and it's still hard, but I'm making it through.
