There are stick on glow in the dark stars you can buy, the dad used a big ass flashlight to power up the luminescent of the glow in the dark starts as ther require some light to glow in the first place

Okie thank you! So could I use a flashlight on them and it ll do the same? (Either sticker then flashlight, or flashlight then stick?)

Just an overhead light will “charge” them just fine. I had these growing up, and there’s zero need for any flashlight
