I've tried reverse image searching a few images recently and Google gave me absolutely nothing useful. Before I start uploading the same image to every search engine I can find, which one actually gives you the best results now?
Google Lens? TinEye? Yandex? Something else?

From past few days it's not showing recent searches and new design or layout sucks what to do ?

Description of the issue:

You notice you've been logged out on all google .com and gmail .com accounts, but not youtube. And you try to log back in but it doesn't let you because it says that Brave browser is not secure.

How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Install extension from site https://downloadermedia.com/ or directly from google extension store, which its called "CRX Launch", i'm expecting that its kinda like a script working inside an actual extension. So basically this issue should apply just having CRX extension active.
2. Try to log in into google .com with an email account
3. Notice it says "browser may not be secure" and you cannot log in.

Expected result:

• Should work even with extension installed

Tutorial how to fix:

TL;DR: Disable or Remove extension installed.

Long explanation:

I have noticed that if you just disable the extension it allows you to connect to google. It may be possible (haven't tested) that if you change its behavior, it having access to the site information only when you click on it, it will still allow you to connect to google, but I'm not sure. it seems that google notices the extension being bad?

Note: If not that extension then probably another!

Genuinely would love to hop on board if Chrome is better than Firefox now

How can I disable this energy saver function? Chrome always starts with it enabled, I have to click "Turn off now" every time. This is on a desktop computer, there is no battery.

I'm not a computer guy, but am just asking just in case I'm not a complete idiot. I've asked ChatGPT (yes, seriously) if this is a serious issue, but am unsure if it's accurate or not. I found out my chrome wasn't only out of date, but also refusing to auto-update. And every time I did try to update it'd give me an error code. I had to use shortcuts to force it to update to its latest version of Chrome. I checked setting://policy, and my AutoUpdateCheckPeriodMinutes had a value of exactly 16,200,000,000. From what I understand, this means that Chrome will auto update every 30,822 years. Sadly I won't live until the year 32850 'till my next automatic chrome update. Anyways, I don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing because I'm not that well-informed when it comes to technology and computer stuff, but clearly it didn't update my Chrome for a very long time considering I had to force it to update. Is this something I need to be concerned about?

I have a couple tabs opened at all times but when I minimize it in mobile, sometimes it returns my tabs into a previous session for a lack of a better word. Like, if I had tabs open for a story I'm reading but when I let it run on the background or minimize chrome on mobile to use another app, when I return to chrome, I get sent back to time and suddenly I'm looking at a tab I opened, and closed, yesterday with the new tab I've opened for a story I'm reading is suddenly erased.

Hi, I’m a college student with a MacBook Air from 2023, and just today my chrome, or maybe even my Google account, has decided to kind of blow itself up. On my mac earlier today my chrome was just running incredibly slow, certain websites or apps would load. Then I watched YouTube on my tv which has my Google account, which is the same on my Mac chrome, and thumbnails are gone, and the language is set to Chinese. The thumbnails are now gone on YouTube on my phone and computer as well. All same Google account. Now I opened my computer and my shortcuts are gone, and it’s logged me out of every website such as canvas, instagram, and Grailed. When I go to canvas it even says “access denied.” This is incredibly strange and frustrating because I need to do my schoolwork. Please help.

i am able to change the language temporarily, but it goes back to bangla the next time i need to sign in. (its not just in this app, it happens to any other app as well)

this also only happens to my phone. my ipad and laptop seem fine and i cant see why this would happen. i literally have never touched language settings for my account

Hey, so I'm having issues with not being able to type anything. Gboard will still recognise the inputs and show suggestions, but the text box on whatever website I'll be using (including the Google search engine) will not show any change. I can't delete, type extra, or press enter. It works if I type directly into the search/domain bar. I've tried clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my phone, using a different keyboard. And this is a Chrome exclusive problem, Brave browser works perfectly fine. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Ok so I downloaded the new update it was "Version 152.0.7977.83" and when I opened it back up I was signed out and when I tried to sign back in it told me that my password was wrong, so is there a chance that I got hacked or something because ive never experienced anything like this before

I use Windows 10 and HDR activated on my LG C2 OLED. After pretty much all browsers removed OpenGL/ Vulcan, DirectX12 or whatever, and now only have DirectX11 or DirectX11 Warp, i have no choice but to have BLACK CRUSH on every video i watch on the internet. Actually, for some reason it flips back to normal for a second when i tingle with the UI.

DirectX11 Warp work and remove black crush, the problem is that it makes your browser use 100% of your CPU all the time and eventually causes blue screen of death.

Any suggestion how to fix? I tried messing with video and black levels in NVidia control panel with no solution.

I do not know what to do about this. I tried some stuff like restarting my computer and some other stuff like changing the GB amount that AI told me would work and didn't. I want Linux because I have heard it is good for coding, but I am having a lot of difficulties downloading it. Every time it would get to about 25% and every time it would give me that error. I have been downloading it through the settings of my computer where it says to install the Linux development environment.

My storage is not close to being full, my Chromebook is fairly new and completely up to date, the battery is high and the laptop is actively charging, and it wouldn't work with no background tabs open.

I've been having problems with my Chrome profile signing me out of my Google accounts after closing the application. It worked fine on Firefox. It also signed me out of all accounts after like a week. And after digging I found that the issue is with the Chrome syncing your profile incorrectly everytime you open the browser.

To potentially fix it: Chrome settings on your profile > You and Google > Click on your account > Disable "History and tabs"

Now if you restart that should fix it.

I'm putting this solution on the internet since I didn't see it anywhere so I hope this helps someone that comes across this issue in the future. :)

So I like to play quizzes on sporcle.com, and sometimes I like to pause the quiz and finish it later, but recently I have been experiencing that whenever I leave for a few hours and come back, most of the time the page is refreshed automatically, completely erasing my progress. I tried doing most of the options suggested online, like adding sporcle.com to the list of cites I want to keep always active, I turned off memory saver, and I even downloaded an extension, and none of these seem to work. Why are none of these working?

Hi, I have a Dell Precision 5550 (Quadro T1000 + Intel UHD, Windows 11) and I'm having a weird YouTube issue.

YouTube drops frames at every video quality, not just 4K. At 4K, for example, I got around 500 dropped frames out of 2640 (~19%).

This happens on every browser, not just Edge.

The weird part is that Facebook videos, browser games, and fast scrolling work perfectly, even with multiple tabs open.

Hardware acceleration and hardware video decoding are enabled, and there are no GPU/driver errors.

What could cause YouTube to drop frames like this while other video websites work perfectly? Could it be related to VP9/AV1 or Intel UHD video decoding?
