The last time a tv clock was off from an official clock was like 1985.

It’s funny that happens in 2026 when the officials called the officials told the time clock operator to go from 8 seconds to 9 seconds just on the previous play (2 plays ago I guess?)

That was legitimately a bad stoppage. There was 9 seconds left. That was completely reasonable.

I totally agree, it was a bad stoppage but it proves that the times were synced
