I know no one cares about this game because of the Michigan drama, but we broke a school record for total yards with 762, and our QB looks the real deal. So that's neat I guess

The ceiling this year is going to come down to those 2-3 plays that lost the games against Texas and Tennessee last year. The offense is there, just need to close games and not choke

I've watched Mississippi State football for a long time, and I have rarely seen one of our teams perform at this level. Yes, it was against ULM, but all phases were working very well. What really stood out for me with the starters at least was the team didn't shoot themselves in the foot with mental errors like pre-snap penalties. There weren't players constantly out of position. This was just clean all around.

i’m with you with the penalties. the boys played smart football tonight. lined up, executed, and kicked ass. i know it’s monroe, but we look to have a competent competitive team this year.

This is genuinely their best win in years. I don’t care that it’s Monroe. When even our backups are scoring quickly, state is having a good day. The o line did well for kamario. He was able to step up and not feel pressured. I’m hoping Arnett kept the schemes basic today to hide stuff for the Minnesota game.

Absolutely surgical beatdown. Loved what I saw tonight, especially from Kamario Taylor. He’s absolutely the real deal, maybe even an NFL-caliber QB in the future. It’s so fun to cheer for a team that lights up the scoreboard like this.
