I think Miami has the best offense in college football

Toney is one of the best players. J smith and Toney are like 1a and 1b (which is which depends on who you like more)

Julio Jones vs Antonio Brown

I can't remember which talking head said it but someone put it as "Smith is the best WR but Toney is the best player" because of all the other stuff Toney can do on top of being an elite WR.

Toney is great but i think we haven't seen J smith prospect since Megatron.

Agreed. Smith has been NFL ready for a year now. I still need to see more of Toney doing what he did tonight to make that comparison

Nothing encapsulates /r/cfb better than a comment declaring a team has the best offense in college football prior to ~80% of the P4 having even played a drive of football yet

Yeah exactly, I haven't even seen Iowa play yet... no way am I crowning Miami #1 in offense

Better than Oregon and Indiana?

It's good for sure but it sure helps when the other team decides that covering WRs is optional

Not so fast...

Watching USC, the comparisons are close. #4 is like a remake of Toney. He’s got so much balance and is so quick. And I love watching Maiava throw the ball. He puts some RPMs on it. Lots of young talent.
