I do think a bit of egolifting is good for the soul
The big one that gets me is how quiet you're supposed to be in some gyms. Sometimes a forceful exhale or a good grunt is what you need for those last few reps to not get caught holding your breath on the hardest part of your lift.

I'm definitely talking about excessive bouncing.
Power, speed, strength, and endurance definitely have different modes of training.
PTs against resistance training? It's the primary way to build strength and bone health.
And yes, every body is different, so form is different from person to person. Perfect doesn't exist, period.
